Method
15 min prep
In a large jar, combine almond milk with vegan kefir grains.
Cover the jar with a breathable cloth and secure with a rubber band. Let it ferment at room temperature for 24-48 hours, depending on your taste preference.
Once fermented to your liking, strain out the kefir grains. Optionally, add sugar to taste, and store the Airag in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled for a refreshing taste.
