Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Spread the apple mixture evenly over the breadcrumbs.
Transfer the strudel to the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush the top of the strudel with melted vegan butter.
