Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and sauté until soft.
Add the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Place a quarter of the vegetable mixture on each chapati.
Roll the chapatis tightly around the filling.
