Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Whisk together chickpea flour, plant milk, nutritional yeast, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Place sausages and vegetable oil in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter over the sausages and bake for 30 minutes, or until risen and golden.
Serve hot.
