Method
Tested in our kitchen
Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F). Toss fries in oil, season with salt, and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
In a skillet, cook the vegan shawarma according to package instructions.
Layer baked fries in a dish, add cooked shawarma, and sprinkle with vegan cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
Top with red onion, tomato, lettuce, and drizzle with vegan garlic sauce before serving.
