Tested in our kitchen
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and place the vegan brie in the center.
Top the brie with fig jam, then fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing the edges.
Brush the pastry with a mixture of plant-based milk and agave syrup.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
