Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Combine cabbage with half of the lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate.
Mash the avocado and mix with coconut yogurt and the remaining lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
