Method
Tested in our kitchen
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together acorn meal, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, almond milk, apple sauce, and flaxseed-water mixture until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
