Method
Tested in our kitchen
Press tofu to remove excess water then cut into cubes.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add tofu cubes. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all edges. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
Add cashews and stir until they are lightly toasted.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, and ginger. Mix well.
Garnish with green onions, season with salt if needed, and serve immediately.
