Method
Tested in our kitchen
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 7-8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Stir in soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
