Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, these vegan sesame balls are a delectable sweet treat.

Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl to form a dough.
Divide the dough into 20 equal portions.
Flatten each piece and place a teaspoon of red bean paste in the center. Enclose the filling with the dough and roll into a ball.
Dampen the balls slightly with water and roll them in sesame seeds until fully coated.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or deep pan to 175°C (350°F).
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
