Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
