Finely chop the mushrooms and garlic.
In a pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until tender.
In a food processor, combine sautéed mushrooms, lentils, walnuts, soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but not pureed.
Transfer to a bowl, mix in breadcrumbs, and form into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry meatballs until golden on all sides.
