Vegetable Pulao is a vibrant and aromatic Indian rice dish cooked with a variety of spices and mixed vegetables.
Method
Tested in our kitchen
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pods. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the chopped vegetables and stir for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the basmati rice and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
