Mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, and coconut flakes. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan.
Beat room temp butter, custard powder, powdered sugar, soy milk, and vanilla until light. Spread over the base layer.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the custard layer. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
