Curry and Grill 2 Rebrands as Sherpa Basecamp Himalayan Restaurant, Elevating Nepali Cuisine in Denver Denver's Curry and Grill 2 undergoes a major makeover, emerging as Sherpa Basecamp Himalayan Restaurant. Under owner Suman K. , the venue adds a patio, refined décor, a Nepali‐focused menu, and an expanded drink program, aiming to bring fine‐dining Indian and Nepali flavors to the city.

Since taking the helm of Curry and Grill 2 in July 2025, entrepreneur Suman K. On the beverage side, K. C. expanded the drink program dramatically, installing thirty beer taps that feature a mix of local craft brews, national staples, and rare Nepali selections like Gorkha Strong.

These enhancements reflect K. 's decades‐long passion for hospitality, a journey that began when he opened the Blue Moon Inn in 2010 back in Nepal-a pioneering restaurant and bar that introduced live music to the local scene. Today, K. C.
