Method
Tested in our kitchen
Prepare yakisoba noodles according to package instructions.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Mix in shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, continuing to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
Garnish with spring onions and seaweed flakes before serving.
