Vegan Speculaas

Method

Tested in our kitchen

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F).

2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.

3. In another bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until a dough forms. If needed, add a bit of almond milk.

5. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.

6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
