Spicy Thai Basil Tofu Stir-Fry
This Spicy Thai Basil Tofu Stir-Fry combines the aromatic essence of Thai cuisine with the healthful benefits of tofu.
Method
Tested in our kitchen
Press and cube the tofu. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high and add the tofu cubes. Fry until golden brown.
Add the red and green bell peppers, and stir for about 2 minutes.
Stir well, ensuring everything is coated with the sauce.
Add the Thai basil leaves and stir until they just begin to wilt.
Serve hot.
