Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized floret sand place them in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, cumin, papara, chili.combat powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, mixing halfway through.
